Kul Tiras1890=The Lord Admiral has led Kul Tiras for a generation through peace and war. The Navy's bulk outmatches the world, protecting the interests of the Alliance. But with surety of service to the immortal Lord Admiral and the weight of tradition comes an aging fleet. Untrusted steam is augmented with the sail.
